Terms of Service
Fair, transparent terms that respect your rights and digital sovereignty. No hidden clauses, no data grabs, no corporate overreach.
[TL;DR] The Key Points
Use our apps responsibly. We provide them "as-is" with no warranties. You own your data completely. We can't see your data even if we wanted to. Don't use our apps for illegal activities. That's basically it.
Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using any Satoshi Ltd. application or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our applications.
These terms apply to all our applications including Clonara, Split/Pass, Money, Nutriva, and any future applications we develop.

- No Surveillance: We cannot and do not monitor your usage of our applications
- Local Processing: All application functionality runs on your device, not our servers
- Open Source: Our code is open for audit and verification
